Growing organic food and working with hands in the earth is a vital thread of my practice. Since 2017 I have grown food, fruit, herbs, flowers and fibre across a handful of projects in Devon (and a few in Mexico), including an ecological college, a forest school, a market garden, community gardens and a fruit and nut tree nursery.

Cultivar alimentos orgánicos y trabajar con mis manos en la tierra es un hilo vital de mi práctica. Desde 2017, he cultivado alimentos, frutas, hierbas, flores y fibra en varios proyectos en Devon (y algunos en México), que incluyen una universidad ecológica, una escuela forestal, una huerta, huertos comunitarios y un vivero de árboles frutales y de frutos secos.
